These terms apply when you apply to supply products to Dropshipi and its resellers. They are read with the testing programme terms, which apply to all suppliers while the programme runs.
Free for now
There is no fee to be a supplier during the testing programme. We will give you advance notice by email before any fee or commission is introduced, and you can leave before it starts.
Approval
Nothing you add goes live until we approve you and each product. We may refuse, pause or remove any supplier or product, with notice where we reasonably can, for example for safety, legal, quality or marketplace reasons.
What you promise
- The goods are genuine, lawful, safe, correctly described and yours to sell, with any required marks, certificates and test evidence (for example UKCA/CE, cosmetics Responsible Person, toy, electrical and battery rules) uploaded before we list them.
- Your stock levels, prices and delivery times are accurate and kept up to date, and you post each order within 2 working days with a tracking number and plain packaging that carries nothing that points to another seller.
- You deal with faulty, damaged or wrong goods and returns as agreed with us, and you keep your insurance and legal registrations up to date.
- You do not contact resellers' customers to sell to them.
Money
Payment terms for goods you supply are agreed with you in writing before any order is sent to you. Until they are, no order is sent.
Data
We use your company and contact details to run the service, as set out in our privacy notice. Customer details you receive to post an order may be used only to post that order.
Liability and law
The liability and law terms of the testing programme terms apply. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law. These terms are for businesses only and are governed by the law of England and Wales.
