We are the controller of the personal data described here.

What we collect and why

When you order: your name, delivery address, email and phone number — to deliver your order, send receipts and tracking, and handle returns (lawful basis: performing our contract with you). We keep order records for 6 years for tax and accounting (legal obligation).

Who we share it with

Only with the services needed to fulfil your order: our payment processor (Stripe), the courier delivering your parcel, and our hosting and email providers. We never sell your data.

Cookies

We only use cookies that are strictly necessary — to remember your basket and keep you logged in. No advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it — email us. If you're unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
