Getting started
Apply
Fill in the short form at /partners/apply: your name, email, shop or website, and where you plan to sell. A business name and VAT number help but are optional. We review every application within one working day.
Set your password
When you are approved we email you a link, valid for 3 days. Open it, choose a password and sign in at /partners. If the email does not arrive, check spam, then reply to us.
Verify your business
Some accounts are asked to confirm who they are before orders ship: a company number or ID document, uploaded on the Business page of your portal. It is encrypted, only used for that check, and deleted on request.
Connect a shop
eBay connects directly: choose Stores, then Connect eBay, and sign in to eBay when asked. Shopify and WooCommerce work today through product files you import and export. Direct, automatic connections for Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon and TikTok Shop are coming soon.
Choose products and set your prices
Browse the catalogue. Every product shows your trade cost, the VAT, the marketplace fee and the lowest price that still makes a profit. You type every selling price yourself. We never change a live price for you.
List and sell
Send products to your shop in one click. Titles, pictures and policies are checked first, and anything a marketplace refuses is explained in plain English with what to change.
We pack and post, tracking goes back
Each order arrives in your Orders list and is sent by an approved UK-based supplier within 2 working days. The tracking number is sent back to your marketplace automatically on eBay.
Common questions
What does it cost?
The Partner plan is free: you resell our catalogue at trade prices and we earn on the goods. Partner Pro and the own-supplier plans are monthly, quoted ex VAT, with a 14-day trial. See Plans. Live card charging for plans is coming soon.
Do I need to buy stock?
No. You pay for an item when an order comes in. Nothing is stored at your address.
Which sales channels work today?
eBay is fully connected. Shopify and WooCommerce work through product files. Amazon and TikTok Shop are coming soon.
How does VAT work?
Prices are shown with their VAT basis. If you are VAT registered, VAT on your costs is reclaimed; if not, it counts as a real cost and the profit line shows it. Use the calculator on the Sell page.
What happens if a customer returns something?
The buyer has 14 days to change their mind. Open the order, start the return and we guide you through it.
What if a listing is refused or removed?
The Listings page explains why in plain English. We never resend a listing that a marketplace removed for a policy breach: you review the product, then relist what you can support with the right safety evidence.
Is my data safe?
Passwords are hashed, shop connections are encrypted, sessions end on request, and every staff action is logged. You can sign out of every device from your account page.
