Order Information

Is there any Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) /Minimum Order Value (MOV)?

No MOQ (minimum order quantity) or MOV (minimum order value) required. We serve business reseller and NOT individual retail customer.

Will dropship-i disclose any customer information?

No. All information provided will be treated as strictly confidential.


How fast do you ship out orders?

Order is dispatched on the next working day (within 24 hours) after payment received.

How long will it take for my items to arrive?

Your customer normally receives the order within 3-5 working days for United Kingdom and United States.

What is the shipping charges and taxes?

Shipping rate varies according to the shipment gross weight and the destination country. Shipping rate will be advised at the checkout page prior payment processing. For all international orders, customers are responsible for the custom and import duties if any.

Will I get the tracking number of my shipment?

Yes. Shipment tracking number will be advised to you by email. You may also monitor the shipment status online.


What methods of payment are accepted?

We accept bank transfer and Paypal payments.

All transaction is counted in GBP (British Pound).

Do I need to pay for the bank charges?

Yes. Customers are responsible for any bank remittance service charge on both sides. We only credit the exact received amount shown in our bank. We only process the order if the received amount is equal or more than the order value. Positive outstanding balance will be used as advance deposit for next order.
